Last week the Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom and I met up with Kyle for his senior portrait session down in DC. The way I do senior sessions is very different from "traditional" senior portraits. The sessions I do are out in the world, in a location with some cool architecture and some connection to the individual. In this case we used the Lincoln Memorial, WWII Memorial and the surrounding areas for our backdrops. We still get some nice smile and pose shots for mom and dad, but for the most part it's a pretty big departure from traditional "senior portraits". Here's a few from Kyle's session:
